Hey, I’m Tetiana Fomenko

I’m a registered Health Coach passionate about helping people achieve their best health through simple, sustainable changes. I began my journey into medicine 20 years ago by studying Pharmacy in Ukraine, followed by working in the pharmaceutical industry, teaching students in medical college, and diving into preventive medicine over six years ago. For the past two years, I have been practicing in the UK, and so far, I’ve worked with over 600 people through NHS health checks in Oxfordshire.

  • Yes, absolutely! After the initial session, we work together to co-create a personalised health coaching plan tailored to your specific goals, current lifestyle, fitness level and stress management needs. This ensures the program is effective and fits seamlessly into your daily life.

  • It depends on your goals and the number of habits we’ll work on.

    You may notice the first weight loss results within 1–2 weeks. Improvements in fitness levels may take a bit longer, while an energy boost, better sleep and enhanced digestion can often become noticeable during the first month. However, this varies based on individual health factors.

    The main objective is to help you build sustainable habits that lead to long-term positive changes in your health and overall wellbeing.

  • Time shouldn’t be a barrier! We will meet online once every two weeks for a 1-hour session. In between, I’ll provide a quick 10 minute support call during the weeks we don’t have a full session.

    The personalised plan we create will be tailored to your current schedule and availability, ensuring it fits seamlessly into your lifestyle without overwhelming you.

  • Once we agree to work together toward your goals, we’ll start with an initial session. During this session, I’ll take the time to understand your specific objectives, assess your lifestyle, review your medical history and identify your unique needs.

    From there, we’ll co-create a personalised plan that best suits you and aligns with your goals, ensuring it is both effective and sustainable for your lifestyle.

I’ve worked my way up the corporate ladder to become a Business Development Manager, navigated the challenges of maternity leave and embraced entrepreneurship.   • After booking your discovery call, you’ll receive an email with a Google Meet link for our session. This is a no-obligation meeting where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and expectations.

    If we agree to work together during the discovery call, we’ll schedule your initial session and outline the timeline for our future meetings. This ensures you’re fully prepared and ready to begin your personalised health journey.

  • Yes, the programme is fully online, so there’s no need to visit me in person. I generally use Google Meet but I can use most meeting platforms including Zoom, MS Teams and Facetime if that is your preference. I will participate in the meetings from my home to guarantee privacy and focus on you.

  • Not necessarily! In fact, many clients discover new foods they enjoy even more as we improve their nutrition.

    Together, we’ll focus on creating healthy habits that work well for you, allowing your favourite foods to fit naturally into your lifestyle. I’m firmly against strict diets and believe in a balanced approach to eating that supports your goals and overall happiness.

  • Absolutely! You can initially commit to a three, six, or twelve month program. Longer programmes allow for more habit changes and a deeper, more sustainable transformation.

    If you’d like to continue after your initial program, you can renew the contract, provided I have availability in my schedule. This ensures we can keep building on your progress and maintaining your results.

  • No, you won’t need to follow a strict diet or exercise plan. We will co-create a personalised plan together that fits your lifestyle and goals. I’m against strict diets and unrealistic training regimens. The focus will be on building sustainable habits that work for you, so you can maintain progress without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Yes! We will agree a coaching contract for the length of the programme (3, 6, 12 months) and you will commit to that period in financial terms, but you can choose to pay monthly. Programmes longer than 3 months can be cancelled with one month’s notice. No refunds would be made when paid monthly.
